Intellect Logic became member of FADA

In the month of May 2011 Intellect Logic became the member of Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations as a support member. The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) is an apex national body representing Automobile Dealers of India.

It was founded in 1964 by four regional Auto Trade Associations to protect and promote the Indian retail automobile market. It is now a registered body under the Companies Act 1956.

In House Product Development

Intellect Logic has started working on its long awaited In-House product development project.

Application will cater all the needs of Education domain, which aims to provide automation of all possible processes.

Its BETA version is expected to be launched at the end of August 2009.

JV with On Demand Tech Inc

On Demand Technologies Inc is a Dallas Texas (USA) based company operating in Oracle Apps, Peoplesoft, SAP practices and SOA solutions.

Intellect Logic is in process of forming a Joint Venture partnership with OnDemand Technologies Inc.

Under this agreement both the companies will agree to work together on collaborative projects.

This Joint Venture will be a valuable milestone for Intellect Logic and can be seen as its entry into US market.
